Using Clofit means accepting these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Clofit for the iOS app, clofit.app and related services. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. The Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of this agreement.
13+, with added protection for minors
You must be at least 13 to use Clofit. A 13-year-old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If local law requires consent at a higher age, that rule also applies. By completing your profile, you confirm that the date of birth and consent information you provide is accurate.
A parent or guardian who authorizes a minor’s use agrees to supervise that use and may contact Clofit regarding the account.
Keep it accurate and secure
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- Do not impersonate another person, sell accounts, automate fake engagement or bypass access limits.
- Tell us promptly about unauthorized access and remain responsible for activity you knowingly permit.
- You may delete your account from Profile → Settings & Legal → Delete Account.
You keep ownership; Clofit gets a limited license
You retain ownership of clothing photos, outfits, posts, comments and other content you create. You grant Clofit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical display, and show that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you choose.
You must have the rights and permissions required for anything you upload, including permission from identifiable people. You can end this license by deleting the content or account, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention.
Campus and rooms need real boundaries
Campus, Vibe Rooms, Clofit Duo, OOTDs, comments and direct social interactions must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not post harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, scams, private information, dangerous activity or intellectual-property violations.
Vibe Room hosts manage the room and assign Host, Stylist or Voter permissions. Stylists may submit looks and vote; voters may vote. Clofit Duo creates coordinated recommendations from two consenting users’ wardrobe metadata and may save a separate matching outfit to each account.
We may use automated signals and human review to restrict, remove or preserve reported content. Reports must be made in good faith; abusing the reporting system is itself a violation.
A stylist, not a guarantee
Garment analysis, chatbot answers, shopping guidance, outfit generation and trip suggestions may use algorithms and artificial intelligence. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review recommendations before relying on them, especially for purchases, weather, travel, safety or dress-code requirements.
Your selections, ratings and rejected candidates may be used to improve recommendations for your account. Clofit does not provide medical, legal, financial or professional travel advice.
Features evolve
We may add, change, limit or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. Apple, Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Brevo, Open-Meteo and linked third-party services have their own terms. Clofit is not responsible for third-party products, stores, purchases or external links.
We may act to protect the community
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect a person, comply with law or secure the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal. Where appropriate, you may contact support to ask for review.
Reasonable limits
Clofit is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect analysis, permanent storage or that every recommendation will suit you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clofit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
A Québec-based agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without removing mandatory rights you have where you live. Before formal proceedings, both sides agree to try resolving a dispute in good faith.
We may update these terms as Clofit evolves. Material changes will be posted and, where appropriate, communicated before they take effect. Questions: support@clofit.app.
