By downloading, installing, or using the Clofit mobile application ("Clofit App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Guidelines

Clofit allows users to upload clothing images, build outfits, and share OOTD looks. You are entirely responsible for the content you post. Crucially:

  • You must not post any abusive, offensive, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
  • You must not post copyrighted images or content that you do not own the rights to.
  • We reserve the right to immediately moderate, hide, or delete any content that violates these guidelines, and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

3. AI Styling Disclaimer

Clofit offers styling advice and outfit suggestions powered by Artificial Intelligence. This advice is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of recommendations, and are not liable for any fashion choices or external purchases made based on the app's output.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features (such as social wardrobe sharing and styling chat history), you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Clofit App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behaviors that harm the Clofit community.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Clofit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
